The Provençal Gift Set — The art of living in Provence
For me, cooking has always been about passing things on. A passion born alongside my grandmother, who taught me the taste of simple things, made with patience and love.
After a STHR baccalaureate (Sciences and Technologies of Hospitality and Catering) and a BTS Management option Cuisine , I had the chance to work in several renowned establishments in the region, including some starred restaurants , where I refined my requirement for taste, detail and work well done.
A few years later, another passion took hold of me: beekeeping . For three years, I learned to listen to nature, to respect its cycles and to understand the value of the artisanal gesture.
Born in Aix-en-Provence , I have always felt a deep connection to this region where everything breathes light, generosity, and true flavor. It was therefore quite natural for me to create Le Coffret Provençal , with the ambition of introducing as many people as possible to the excellence, authenticity, and refinement of Provençal products , and to showcase those who create them with passion: local producers, artisans, and businesses.
Some of these producers are actually companies where I've had the pleasure of working , or long-standing, sometimes even friendly, acquaintances . This human connection, precious to me, gives even more meaning to my approach: to support and promote the talents of our region.
Each product included in our gift boxes has been rigorously and carefully selected . This thoughtful choice is based on values that are dear to me: exceptional taste, social responsibility, and environmental commitment .
